We try to save customers money by shipping through UPS GROUND, and leave the option of shipping faster which is more cost to you, which RnD cannot Guarantee shipping dates given by UPS, We do guarantee to get your order processed within (2) days of receiving payment.
Our product measurements may not be exact but a close approximation. Photo's are of products available, but maybe updated by models of equal or better quality as a substitution which is in rare cases as we strive to keep our products current. All products must be free of defect or return them for replacement at no charge. At this time RnD does not ship outside the USA. We appoligise for any inconvience due to this fact.
